我们制造用于不同检测应用的各种形状和尺寸的相控阵探头。这里用示意图说明了几种类型的探头
典型阵列探头的频率范围为1 MHz到17 MHz，晶片的数量范围为10到128。Olympus提供各种各样利用压电复合材料技术的探头，可进行各种各样的检测。本部分说明Olympus的标准相控阵探头。这些探头被分为三种类型：角度声束探头、整合楔块探头及水浸探头。
其它类型的探头是根据应用需要而特殊设计的探头。
整合式楔块和符合规范的探头
这种组合件将一体化楔块和符合规范的探头放置于同一个外壳中，这样就使探头和楔块的组合件具有非常薄的侧面，可以用于接触式角度声束检测。由于无需在探头和楔块接触面之间使用耦合剂，因此探头和楔块之间的耦合状态会永远保持完美的状态。这些探头可对应力腐蚀裂纹进行手动检测，还可用于符合AWS和DGS规范的应用，此外，这些探头还可同时使用40°到70°角度对6.35毫米到19毫米的较厚表面进行手动焊缝检测（对接接头、角接接头、T型接头）。

近壁探头
